New Year's Eve - Goodbye 2002, Hello 2003

Thanks to Jay and Nissan for hosting New Year's Eve this year. Much fun was had by all. Our annual Christmas gift exchange was a success. This year three youngsters were in attendance: Daniel, Sarah, and of course, Graeme. The babies were a big change from previous years. That didn't effect much, although more diapers were changed than usual.

I've included 84 photos (from around 250). Not all are works of art, but if I felt they captured a "moment" then I included them. Since there were so many of us, I tried to include good photos of everybody, which bulked out the number as well. (a long winded way of saying some shots are included to record the event, not to be confused with good photography.)

The photos are here. (I'd like to annotate them too, but it's getting late. Tomorrow maybe?)

Having said that, I think some of the photos came out really well. Which ones? Well, that's subjective. Which do you think came out well? <grin>

I took a few small videos of Nissan's belly dancing. I think this one is best. (Note: Video quality is low.)

To view it, you require the correct video codec on your computer. WinXP has it by default, earlier WinOSs seem to work if you use Quicktime. Linux? Your mileage may vary.

Since the file is 5.2Meg in size, I'd appreciate it if you download it first, then watch it from your computer. That way you're not transferring it repeatedly if you view it multiple times. Thx.

Happy 2003 everyone!
