Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house... ... not a creature was stirring, except Anthony and Kristen. Catriona gives Anthony a demonstration of cute. Christmas morning, Doug (me!) gives Marilyn / Mom / Grandma a hug. Catriona's smart. She starts her day with a bowl of cereal. Graeme's priorities, on the other hand, lie elsewhere. Catriona helps Mummy open a present. Nothing says Christmas Morning like a five-year-old ripping the paper off of his... ...brand new skateboard! (thanks to Mary, Doug, and Phoebe who later provided the elbow / knee / wrist pads.) Everyone is enjoying themselves. Jenn receives the most romantic gift of all: More RAM! The kids, just being cute. Graeme is playing with Lighting and Sally... ...and because Graeme was playing with them, Catriona now wants to. Graeme (and Catriona) received die cast "Cars" cars from Aunt Kristen. Catriona is still working on that cereal. Jim/Dad/Grandpa reads Catriona a story. Unable to handle Catriona getting all that Grandpa time, Graeme joins in. Kristen was happy with her Ratatouille book. Grandma doing what she does best. (Drinking coffee, with a grandchild on her lap, and loving every minute of it.) In the afternoon, the Dicksons show up! Tom (blinking, sorry Tom) with his Mom and Dad, Lorraine and Michael. Lorraine and Marilyn are packing away the cheeses in the kitchen. Okay, that came out wrong. It's now Boxing Day. Super Graeme has arrived. Catriona does a little "painting while cute". Ah, family portrait time. The Montreal contingent.
