Daddy feeds Graeme in his new high chair. Mummy thinks Daddy's expressions are much funnier than Graeme's.

Mummy helps Graeme stand, and the fern catches his eye. Then comes the logical next step, prying Graeme's hands off the fern. Yup. He can do that now. Next step: shoving the fern in his mouth. (give us a few days, I'm sure he'll try.)

Next, we have a whole series of shots of Graeme eating solid food. We've given them their own page, which includes a video clip. "Solid" is a bit of a misnomer, actually. I was expecting rice cereal to be somewhat... well, gloppy. Actually, it's very runny. Jenn tells me this is so that "baby's first food" is similar to what he's been eating up to this point: milk.

Today we had brunch at Warren & Charlene's place. Jay & Nissan and Steph & Brad attended too. We all went swimming in the pool, Graeme's second time in the water, and today we captured it on a more reliable camera (mine) with Warren as photographer. Here is one picture, the rest are on this page.

Daddy and Graeme have a "daddy, daddy, daddy" moment together. (Doug is training Graeme to say "daddy", since Mom gets all that indoctrination time while "daddy" is at work.)
