30 June 2003 - What a busy day! I went to Montreal from the cottage to see Nancy Tooley, who is my step-Great-Grandma. She came from Stowe, VT, just to see me. Then I went to see Great-Aunt Janet at her new house, and then we went to my friend Sarah's house.

28-30 June 2003 - I went to the cottage (what a long drive!) to visit with lots of family members. My Great Aunt Heather flew in from Vancouver just to see me! Lots of Grandma & Grandpa's friends came by to see me too.

21-22 June 2003 - We had a weekend home together, just us. My Mummy and Daddy said they did a lot of things around the house called "baby proofing" but mostly I saw them reading the new Harry Potter book. Also, Daddy took lots of pictures, mostly of me. So I'll put them here.

Here is me eating. As you can see I enjoy my rice cereal. And here I am climbing with Daddy. Isn't he funny?

Today I was practicing my crawling. I found it a quite frustrating, but Mummy and Daddy said I was really close and I almost have it, so I'll try again tomorrow. Here's a VIDEO Daddy took of me talking about my crawling.

I was bouncing on Mummy for a while, then my tummy started to hurt a bit. But I burped and it got better.

This picture is for Grandma. Mummy says it's a peony. It smells nice.

Mummy and I play on the couch a lot. I climb on the back of it and Mummy catches me when I fall. It's great fun! My parents gave me my very own keyboard to play with, but really, all it's good for is banging on. The cable that's attached to it, on the other hand, is a lot of fun. It makes squeaky noises when I pull it across my gums. I heard Mummy and Daddy talking about how it might be dangerous, so I might not get to play with it much more.

At the end of the weekend Mummy gave me a bath. Baths are always fun. You can't see it in the picture, but I'm making a really loud screeching sound in the one on the right. Mummy and Daddy react very quickly when I screech, so I do it a lot. It's funny. Well, I'm going to bed now. Goodnight!

16 June 2003 - Cole & Suzy came to have dinner with me. I'm not sure what Cole's doing, but it sure looks silly. I had Mummy put the rest of the evening's photos here.

15 June 2003 - Father's Day

Today is my Daddy's first father's day ever, which is odd since he's always been my father. So, with a little help from Mummy, I put together this father's day card for him. We then went out for breakfast and then for a hike in the woods which I enjoyed very much as you can see from the photo below.

14 June 2003 - I'm starting to pull myself up to standing now. My favorite things to pull up on are Mommy, Daddy, and the back of the couch. Mummy noticed me pulling on the soft, red arches of my playmat, so she took it away. This morning Daddy took it apart to box up. Luckily, I was able to play with it one last time.

This evening Grammy and Granddad and Uncle Ed came over for supper. It was really hot so Grammy helped me take my shirt off.

10 June 2003 - Mummy snapped this picture of me and I didn't even realize it. I was concentrating on my set of keys. (Chewing on these things is great!)

8 June 2003 - Maddalena (our next door neighbour) played with me, Graeme, for a few minutes today, which turned into 30 minutes, giving Mummy (and Daddy, but mostly Mummy) a much needed sanity break, as Daddy called it. Slowly Maddalena's kids started showing up, first Stephanie, then Michael, then Laura.

7 June 2003 - Yes, even more shots of me sitting on the grass, this time with the azalea in the foreground. I wasn't quite sure what Daddy was up to with that camera.

4 June 2003 - We are having the outside of our house painted today. I watched intently for long enough for Daddy to get though an entire section of the newspaper! Then I'd had enough, so he came over and picked me up.

2 June 2003 - More of me in the grass. Mummy puts me here because she believes that I don't try to eat the grass yet while she works in the garden. One of these days I'll surprise her!

1 June 2003 - Today was a beautiful day for gardening. Mummy and Daddy worked on the pond while I (Graeme) watched over the operation. There are a whole series of photos from today, here.
